Youth trends
Time magazine has a story on what I hope is a good trend in the church
This has nothing to do w/ the Time story (I'll admit I haven't even clicked the link; yet), but I just re-read your Haloween post on Sophie's blog, and realized that you were able to call the Evans book in the background on only partial author info (Ev), and the Hays book on no author info. That's pretty friggin impressive.
If I'm ever on one of those shows where they give you one lifeline call to the outside world, and its a matter of identifying academic Christian book authors on the basis of the titles of books, I'm calling you.
What do you mean haven't clicked the link? I'm not doing this purely out of idle amusement...er, actually I am.
To be perfectly honest (not my normal modus operandi) I got lucky. Those two book just happen to be ones I've been thinking of putting on my wishlist (though one wonders why; I know more book titles than I've actually read. ANd I'll probably never get around to reading them; too many books, too little time. Plus Evans would probably be over my head anyway). If they had been two other titles, poor Sophie would have to read Roger Scruton (one of his history of modern philosophy books?).
