:) I like that article. It's not just a good cardiovascular workout - it's good for the abs, too. A couple of times I've laughed so hard that my abs hurt the next day. Now if I could just get that laughing routine into a regular regimen, I might have more success with that 6-pack I'm always supposedly working on. :P
